Obituary of John A. Curry Jr.

John A. Curry Jr., 28, of Geneseo, died Sunday, July 6, 2008 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica, NY from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident near Old Forge, NY. He is survived by his parents John and Melinda Curry of Geneseo, his sister Jody Curry of Rochester, his brother Jeff (Sherry) Curry of Dansville, his nieces Taylor and Morgan Curry of Dansville, his paternal grandmother Pauline Curry of Geneseo, his paternal grandfather William "Hutch" Curry of Geneseo, his uncles William "Butch" Curry of Geneseo and Jamie (Joyce) Curry of Ocala, FL, his aunt Jesse (Chuck) Aten of Groveland, several cousins. He was born July 6, 1980 in Rochester, NY the son of John and Melinda Medina Curry Sr. John was a 1998 Graduate of Geneseo Central School. Visitation will be held at Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo on Wednesday, July 9, 2008 from 4-9 PM. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 10, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at the Ira S. Wilson Ice Arena on the Campus of SUNY Geneseo with Rev. Mark Lattime of St. Michael's Episcopal Church in Geneseo officiating. Burial will be in Temple Hill Cemetery in Geneseo.
